At Unformed, we aim to provide you with a smooth and reliable delivery experience. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders, and what you can expect after placing an order with us.
Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
During busy periods or new product launches, processing times may take slightly longer, but we always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.
Standard delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@un-formed.com.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unformed is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges once your order leaves the United Kingdom.

Delivery Issues and Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control (such as weather or strikes).
If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@un-formed.com, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

Pre-Orders and Backorders
If an item is on pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch time will be displayed on the product page or communicated to you at checkout.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately at our discretion.

Returns and Exchanges
For information on returns, exchanges, and refunds, please refer to our Return Policy. Items must be returned following our return procedures to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
